Refined and colourful local cuisine
Our chef, Maxime Leone, proposes dishes based on fresh produce paying special tribute to the region and its gustatory richness. Its menu evolves throughout the seasons, but also depending on the fishermen's catch. Mediterranean sea bass, salmon, tuna and octopus take a place of honour in the chef's creations. Also on the menu, great classics perfectly mastered, such as Niçoise salad and pasta with truffles, alongside more exotic recipes offering fragrances that evoke distant lands… To be relished at your earliest!
Our pastry chef is also a peerless chocolate specialist. She naturally knows how to reproduce the absolute musts of pastry-making to perfection. But more than that, her creativity and keen sense of associations enable her to invent recipes that are treats for both the eyes and the palate. For breakfast, at the end of a meal or at tea-time, taste them at your leisure and appreciate her talent.
